Ancient Vranc - Gjergj Kastrioti Skenderbeu

Indigenous to the beautiful hilltops of Kosovo, as a medium-body red, the Vranc grape exudes a royal sophistication marked by a silky, round and smooth depth. Aged in Hungarian oak for 9 months, it’s fragrant woody composition is balanced by delicious notes of dark blueberries, blackberries, bilberries and cherries, and finished with a sweet hint of plum. Pair with rich meat dishes for the perfect sipping experience. The Stone Castle Ancient Vranc pays tribute to Gjergj Kastrioti, the Albanian prince and symbol of national unification whose name is featured on the label.
